Most garages need a Service Advisor. We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality.

You’ll be a huge part of the customer experience in a modern independent garage known for professionalism, communication and exceptionally high standards.

What you’ll be doing

Every day will be different, but your responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming customers and managing front-of-house
* Handling calls, emails and bookings
* Keeping customers updated throughout the day
* Explaining work clearly and professionally
* Coordinating workflow with technicians
* Ordering parts and working closely with our supply partners
* Helping provide the right solutions for customers and their vehicles
* Preparing estimates, invoices and customer paperwork
* Managing jobs from booking through to vehicle handover
* Helping create a calm, organised customer journey
* Ensuring customers leave feeling confident and valued

Experience

Understanding the motor trade is helpful, but hospitality, customer service or front-of-house experience can be just as valuable.

We can teach the technical side.
