Customer feedback is essential in helping us to continue to provide high levels of service! We subscribe to the Motor Industry Service and Repair Code of Practice and finished Midlands Regional Runner Up 2010 and in the UK Top 50 Garages for 2011, 2012 & 2013.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer care and do whatever is reasonably possible to resolve an issue. In the unlikely situation that an issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, The Motor Ombudsman will offer free impartial information and if appropriate an alternative dispute resolution process.
